My range of authentic sauces is like a scrapbook of my travels. I’m hugely inspired by the individual and beautiful qualities of the countries I visit and for me, learning about the history and culture surrounding each local cuisine is a must. I’ve lovingly created my own versions of some irresistible dishes from India and Italy and sourced ingredients that are the real deal. The result? Delicious, genuine food which is easy to create – for instance, my risotto sauces go in the oven, not on the hob – and a true culinary experience.
